Medical FSA contribution and rollover limits have been updated for 2024. The current 2024 annual contribution limit for medical and limited purpose flexible spending accounts is $3,200, an increase from $3,050 in 2023. The medical FSA rollover limit has also increased to $640, from $610 in 2023.
