Our team members carry on founder Paul Boelzner’s tradition of customer service excellence. All are individually licensed and endorsed on our corporate errors and omissions policy. Elena is fluent in Spanish and English.
Our founder, Paul Boelzner, passed away in 2014 after more than 30 years in the insurance industry. One of his passions was to help people. He never liked to hear the word “no” in response to any issue he or one of our team members had on their desk. He taught us to treat clients as if they are family and his spirit of ethics, honesty and integrity continue to be the core of our practice.
Prior to becoming president, finance expert Josi Boelzner served as controller of Boelzner & Associates. Reviews all Medicare options, Advantage HMO & PPO, Supplements and Prescription plans. Josi is of Dutch origin; she became an American citizen in 1986. She is fluent in four languages, having lived in Holland, Canada, Switzerland, Italy and Germany.
Kelly oversees insurance operations at Boelzner & Associates. Her forte is helping employers determine which plans offer the greatest benefit to their employees at the lowest cost. She started her insurance career with Paul in 1988 as a branch administrator and has worked with Boelzner & Associates ever since.
Elena heads our individual department and has extensive experience in medical claims resolutions. Her fluency adds greatly to the comfort level of our Spanish-speaking clients. From claims issues to problems with billing and enrollments, she helps employees avoid countless hours on the phone with carrier customer service representatives. Elena loves to cook and share with the office. She joined our team in 2000.
Tyler meets with clients and enrolls new hires on site, assists in resolving administrative and claims issues, and acts as an employee liaison. He goes to market and helps find the best plans and rates for our renewing and new clients. He is the newest addition to the Boelzner & Associates family, having joined us in 2014. Tyler is a cyclist and enjoys golf and outdoor activities.
Fred joined the team in 2002 as a fully licensed customer service representative. Like the rest of our customer service team, he helps clients with a variety of issues. He brings a solid business background to our service team, and has lived in the desert since 1960.
Because nothing is more important to us than our clients’ needs, Winnie takes the pulse of our agency’s service on a regular basis. Each month, she contacts clients, records their issues, and reports to the agency for follow up. Through this proactive service, we’re provided with timely feedback. She has been with Boelzner & Associates since 1994.
