Broker Paul Boelzner, president and CEO -
A true specialist in the field, Paul has been in the health insurance industry since 1983. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health insurance, underwriting, claims, sales and service, and is committed to providing creative solutions. His forte is helping employers determine which plans offer the greatest benefit to their employees at the lowest cost. A California native, he came to the desert in 1980 after spending five years in Italy. |

Controller Josi Lafleur-Boelzner -
Finance expert Josi Boelzner has been a bookkeeper/manager for the last 30 years and has served as controller of Boelzner & Associates since it was founded. Of Dutch origin, she became an American citizen in 1986. She is fluent in four languages, having lived in Holland, Canada, Switzerland, Italy and Germany. |

Office Manager Kelly Cross -
Kelly oversees insurance operations at Boelzner & Associates plus enrolls new hires on site, assists in resolving administration and claims issues, and acts as an employee liaison. She started her career in the insurance industry with Paul in 1988 as a branch administrator. She has worked with the Boelzners ever since. |

Customer Service Specialist Fred Bailey -
Fred joined the team in 2002 as a fully licensed customer service representative. Like the rest of our customer service team, he helps clients with a variety of issues, from referrals to physicians to questions about bills. He brings a solid business background to our service team, and has lived in the desert since 1960. |

Bi-lingual Service Advocate Elena Lopez -
Elena has extensive experience in medical claims resolutions. Her fluency adds greatly to the comfort level of our Spanish-speaking clients. From simple claims issues to problems associated with billing and enrollments, she helps employees avoid countless hours on the phone with carrier customer service representatives. |

Customer Service Specialist Raquel Zamora -
To better serve our Spanish-speaking customers, Raquel is fluent in both Spanish and English. A valued member of our customer service team, she answers client questions and helps them find solutions to issues like changing medical groups or primary care physicians, understanding benefits and more. She has experience in medical billing and administration, and has lived in the desert most of her life.

Customer Service Specialist Winnie Hunt
Because nothing is more important to us than our clients' needs, Winnie takes the pulse of our agency's service on a regular basis. Each month, she contacts clients, records their issues, and reports to the agency for follow up. Through this proactive service, we're provided with timely feedback. She has been with Boelzner & Associates since 1994.

Her experience provides a solid foundation for assisting clients who are establishing their employee benefits criteria. Prior to becoming an insurance professional, she worked in healthcare and banking.
