Q. What types of insurance do you write?
A. We can provide individuals with health insurance, and employers with group
health plans, dental, vision, disability, pension plans and life insurance.
Q. How are you different from other brokers?
A. We function as your full-service partner at no extra cost. We stay current
on plan changes, help with pre-authorizations, answer questions about claims,
and negotiate on your behalf in claim disputes. Our staff will even meet you
at the Emergency Room to generate proof of insurance if you forget your I.D.
card!
Q. What companies do you represent?
A. We represent all major health insurance companies, as well as all major life,
disability, dental and vision carriers. That means we have the freedom to find
the best plan for your needs.
Q. Is it necessary to change health plans to utilize your services?
A. No! You do not have to change your plan to benefit from our service. So if
your present broker is not providing you with our level of service, contact
us today!
Q. Must we wait until our plan anniversary to change health plans?
A. Only if you stay with your present insurance company. You may move from one
company to another at any time, enabling a plan change at that time.
Q. When I call you, will I get voicemail or a real person?
A. When you call Boelzner & Associates during business hours, skilled professionals
are on hand to address your concerns. After hours, when you leave a voicemail,
we get immediately paged. Our bi-lingual experts are available 24 hours a day
to ensure you get help when you need it.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We’ve served individuals and employers in Southern California’s
Coachella Valley since 1983.
